Material and other findings report

What good can a bailiff report do?

Like an expert's report, the bailiff's report can be used as evidence in court proceedings and, in the best cases, avoid this disagreement between two parties going through the judicial process. The bailiff records his observations in writing of the state of a place, a good, an event and many more, in a neutral and impartial manner in order to reflect reality at that time. Still recalling that the bailiff acts as an officer of the court, this detailed report of the facts is difficult to refute. In addition, article 292 C.C.P. confers on this act a judicial power, it is as if the court had moved itself to take note of what will be put in the report of the bailiff.
